Welcome to Casezifycase. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of products from it. The Site is operated by REGOO LLC, doing business as Casezifycase ("Casezifycase", "we", "us" or "our"). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Using our Site

You must be at least the age of majority in your place of residence, or use the Site with the permission of a parent or guardian. You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its security or operation, or to infringe the rights of others.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products, colours and images as accurately as possible. Because screens differ, we cannot guarantee that your display will show colours exactly. Product images may include styling props that are not included in the order.

Each case is designed for a specific phone model. Please make sure you select the correct model before ordering. If you choose the wrong model, see our Refund Policy for exchange options.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the Site and may be displayed in your local currency for convenience. Prices and availability may change without notice. Applicable taxes, duties and shipping costs are shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout; payments are processed securely by our payment providers.

4. Orders

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline or cancel an order (for example, in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or unavailable stock). If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund you in full.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — including designs, text, images, logos and graphics — belongs to Casezifycase or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission. Third-party brand and product names (such as iPhone and MagSafe) are trademarks of their respective owners and are used only to describe compatibility; Casezifycase is not affiliated with or endorsed by Apple Inc.

7. Reviews and content you submit

If you submit reviews, photos or comments, you confirm that they are your own, truthful and do not infringe anyone's rights, and you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display them in connection with our business. We may remove content at our discretion.

8. Third-party links and services

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or tools. We are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

9. Disclaimer

Our cases are designed to help protect your device from everyday wear, scratches and drops. However, no case can guarantee complete protection against all damage. Except as expressly stated in these Terms and to the extent permitted by law, the Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available".

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Casezifycase is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages — including damage to your phone or other devices — arising from your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under the laws of your country.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Casezifycase harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, United States, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your order applies to that order.
